16 Palestinians from Syria died during May 2017, 13 among whom were fatally gunned down while two others died under shelling. Another refugee was killed in a sniper attack.
Rif Dimashq topped the list of casualties with six refugees, followed by Daraa, Deir AlZor, and Hama, with two victims each. Two refugees died, meanwhile, in Damascus and AlRiqa. Two more Palestinians were pronounced dead in unidentified locations.
