According to AGPS data, 3,524 Palestinian refugees were killed in the raging Syrian warfare.
Shelling took away the lives of 1,146 Palestinians. 885 others were killed in bloody hostilities between the regime army and the opposition outfits. At the same time, 463 Palestinians died under torture in Syrian government penitentiaries.
