At least 14 Palestinian refugees were killed in war-ravaged Syria in June 2017, seven among whom were fatally gunned down. Shelling took away the lives of five Palestinians while two others died in blasts.
Daraa suburbs topped the list with 11 casualties. One refugee died in Damascus and another in AlRiqa. Another Palestinian died in an unknown location.
