The Palestine Charity Commission, in partnership with the Palestinian Red Crescent, launched the Sixth Medical Week to the people of Yarmouk in Yalda town, south of Damascus.
Medicines and children’s milk are set to be distributed as of next week. The campaign will also provide free medical checks to registered patients.
The move makes part of underway endeavors to assuage the crises endured by civilians south of Syria, where life has been marred by the swift propagation of lethal infections and the absence of relief assistance.
Hundreds of Palestinian families fled Yarmouk after ISIS grabbed hold of the camp in April 2015.
