At least 14 Palestinian refugees were killed in war-ravaged Syria in June 2017, down from 36 in June 2016.
Daraa suburbs topped the list with 11 casualties. One refugee died in Damascus and another in AlRiqa. Another Palestinian died in an unknown location.
Among those killed in June 2016, 18 were pronounced dead in Rif Dimashq, six in Aleppo, and three in Damascus. Six Palestinians were killed in Deir AlZor, Daraa, and AlRiqa, with two casualties each.
