The National Coalition for Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces unraveled a decision to transfer members of the White Helmets (Syria Civil Defense) from Yarmouk Camp to the nearby towns of Yalda, Babila, and Beit Sahem.
Those stranded in Yarmouk will reportedly be affected by the move in an area where the White Helmets represent the sole relief body which provides services to the wounded civilians, extinguishes wildfires, removes rubble, and secures water.
Several relief institutions and charities have gone out of operation in Yarmouk following ISIS execution threats.
