A number of Palestinian students from Syria joined a summer camp that kicked off on July 25 in Lebanon under the slogan “We Learn with Pleasure for Palestine.”
The camp, staged by the International Association of Palestinian Teachers in AlManara town, in western AlBekaa, aims to boost refugees’ intellectual output, alleviate the traumatic upshots of warfare, and foster cooperation among war-affected children.
The camp also comes as part of underway endeavors to bridge the gap between the English-based Lebanese curricula and the Arabic-based Syrian curricula.
