AGPS documented the death of 1,868 Palestinians in refugee camps and communities across the Syrian territories.
Yarmouk Camp, in Damascus, topped the list with 1,064 casualties, followed by 213 from Daraa Camp, 139 from Khan AlSheih Camp, 54 from AlNeirab Camp, 94 from AlHusseiniya Camp, 86 from AlSayeda Zeinab Camp, and 50 others from AlSebina Camp.
46 refugees from Handarat Camp, 32 from AlMzeirib town, 27 from Jaramana Camp, 22 from Hums-based AlAydeen Camp, and 20 from Hama-based AlAydeen Camp were also pronounced dead in the rampant hostilities.
AGPS noted the death of 10 Palestinian refugees from Khan Dannun Camp, seven from AlRaml Camp, in Latakia, and six others in AlDhiabiya, in Rif Dimashq. One more refugee died in Ruk AlDin, in Damascus.
