The son of the elderly Palestinian refugee AlHaj Abu Mohamed Dgheim said his father has been found and is safe at home after AGPS reported him missing in the Turkish city of Iskenderun on Sunday, August 20.
Dgheim, aged 86, fled AlAyedin Camp in Homs some three years ago to Iskenderun, where he has been taking shelter with his wife and grandson.
According to unofficial statistics, 5,000 to 8000 Palestinian refugees have sought shelter in Turkey, entering the country through illegal routes after the Turkish authorities suspending visas in 2013.
