An ex-detainee who was recently released from the government-run Palestine Branch detention center said the Palestinian refugee Khalil Ubaid, a resident of AlRaml Camp, in Latakia, died under torture in December 2013.
The ex-detainee said he had last met Ubaid on May 8, 2013, in an underground cell at Palestine Branch.
