A Palestinian family said their 23-year-old relative, a resident of Yarmouk Camp, died under torture at Palestine Branch lock-up, run by the Syrian government in Damascus.
Speaking on condition of anonymity, the family said the victim was killed four years after he was kidnapped by the government forces.
According to AGPS data, 469 Palestinians died under torture in Syrian government jails.
