Palestinian refugee Rami Suleiman, aged 39, has been held in Syrian government penitentiaries for the fourth year running.
Rami was kidnapped by the regime troops on July 7, 2013, at a checkpoint set up near Yabrod, in Rif Dimashq. He has been diagnosed with kidney disorders and is in need of regular check-ups.
