In Yilda village, adjacent to Yarmouk refugee camp, the correspondent for the Action Group for Palestinians in Syria confirmed that the Syrian army opened its barriers to allow the passage of "Amar Bahloul" a child who needed urgent treatment in the hospitals of Damascus, after swallowing a poisonous substance used as an insecticide.
The child’s condition was severe, and the required medical aid was unavailable in the areas under the Syrian armed opposition’s control.
Thousands of Palestinians had fled the camp, after ISIS took control of it in April 2013.
