AGPS Documentation and Monitoring Team’s latest statistics have confirmed that 3571 Palestinian refugees have been killed to date, during the on-going war in Syria. The shelling has killed 1148 Palestinians, while 918 others died during the exchanged clashes between the Regular Army and the armed opposition groups. The remaining lost their lives due to several reasons including, the siege itself, being shot by snipers, getting executed and drowning on migration routes.
The Action Group also revealed that 472 Palestinian refugees have been tortured to death in Syrian prisons.
