Despite the ceasefire pledge between the government and opposition, Syrian forces targeted "Al Sad" Road district with mortar shells, yesterday, leaving behind destroyed houses and a state of fear among the people. The shelling was accompanied by violent clashes and bombardments on the outskirts of "Mansheya" area.
80% of Deraa camp’s building have been destroyed. Its residents and the Palestinian families inhabited in the areas of Al Sad Road and Mansheya, are still complaining about the harsh humanitarian conditions caused by the siege imposed by the Syrian forces on the camp and adjacent areas. They are also suffering from a severe shortage of food and continuous water, power and connection cuts for long periods of time.
