Palestinian man “Raaed Samer Ouda” has died, after participating in clashes between the Syrian government forces and armed opposition groups, on "Jobar" neighborhood front in Damascus. He was a member of the Fourth Armored Division.
The Fourth Armored Division is considered one of the military groups affiliated to the Syrian government forces and does not include Palestinian refugees in its ranks. However, during the Syrian war, it formed affiliate groups to operate under its authority, in order to fill the deficit and shortages in its ranks and to send the young Palestinians to fight in the forefront.
