AGPS documented the death of 30 Palestinians from Al-Aedin Camp in Hama, during the period 15 March 2011 - 20 September 2017. 6 people died of sniper shots, 9 of gunshot wounds, 5 due to torture in Syrian prisons, 2 died during a car explosion, 2 others were kidnapped then killed, while one person was executed, one died during bombardments and two people were killed in different places.
According to AGPS’s statistics, 3587 Palestinian refugees in Syria have died since the outbreak of war in Syria.
