1637 Palestinian refugees are detained in Syria, in the absence of any official movement made by Palestine to reveal their fates

AGPS’s statistics revealed that at least 1637 are under Syrian detention, while 304 people’s fates remain unknown as they were most probably kidnapped by ISIS or armed opposition groups.

This comes in the shadow of an official and factional silence regarding the detainees, where the refugee’s file has not seen any action by the Palestine Liberation Organization, the Palestinian embassy in Damascus or other Palestinian factions.
