The Charitable association for Palestinian Relief gave children’s milk to Palestinian families who were displaced from Yarmouk camp to Qudsaya area and the towns of Yelda, Babilla and Beit Sahm in south Damascus. This comes as part of the health care program and the completion of the emergency response program launched by the Foundation, in several Palestinian camps and gatherings.
The charity pointed out those displaced from Yarmouk camp suffer from a large shortage of food and children’s milk.
Palestinian refugees living in Yarmouk refugee camp and neighboring towns are suffering from extremely harsh living conditions, because of the ongoing war in Syria and its reflection on their economic and living conditions.
About 6,000 Palestinian families, mostly who have been displaced from the Yarmouk refugee camp in Damascus, live in the Qudsaya area, while 2,000 are living in the neighboring towns.
