In south Damascus, members of ISIS confiscated school books at the barriers between Deraa and Yarmouk from the students in Yarmouk camp while leaving their schools in the neighboring towns of Yelda, Babilla and Beit Sahm, arguing that it carries UNICEF’s slogan which ISIS says teaches infidel curricula. Members of ISIS photocopied the students’ books to search them and insure that they are free of those curricula.
