Resident of Khan Danon camp for Palestinian refugees in the Damascus suburbs, “Zohdy Eid Aqla” has died while fighting alongside the Syrian regime forces, however the location he died in has not been identified.
AGPS has recorded dozens of cases of deaths among armed members of Palestinian factions while fighting alongside the Syrian regime forces. It has documented the death of 937 Palestinians due to gunshot wounds during the ongoing war in Syria.
