Palestinian refugee “Yassin Muhammed Fayyad” a high rank in the Palestinian Liberation Army has died in the ongoing clashes, while fighting alongside the Syrian regime forces. He was a resident of Al-Sayeda Zeinab camp for Palestinian refugees in the Damascus suburbs.
AGPS’s Monitoring and Documentation team confirmed the increase in the number of victims within the Palestinian Liberation Army in Syria to 229 recruits, most of which died during fighting in clashes that took place different places, mainly in the Damascus suburbs.
