According to our correspondent in the camp, the regime forces bombarded the camp with three mortar shells, targeting the civilian houses, causing destruction to them. The minaret of Al-Quds Mosque was also hit by a number of machine-gun shots.
Almost 80% of Deraa camp’s buildings have been destroyed and its residents and the families living on Al-Sad Road are complaining of the tough humanitarian conditions, due to the siege imposed by the Syrian regime forces on the camp and its neighboring areas. They are also suffering from the extreme lack of food supplies and the continuous water, electricity and communication cuts.
