Family of a Palestinian-Syrian child who disappeared in a sinking accident off the Greek shores launches an appeal

The family of the Palestinian-Syrian child “Hamza Hossam Abd Al-Qader Hamed” has called on the humanitarian organizations, the Red Cross and anyone who has information about their son to reveal his fate.

In their appeal on Facebook, the family stated that their son disappeared after their boat sank in the Aegean Sea off the Greek shores while immigrating from Turkey to Greece on 20/9/2015.

The family noted that their 8-year-old son Hamza has a speech disability. They had left Yarmouk camp for Palestinian refugees after it was attacked, immigrated to Turkey then fled to Europe.
