Clashes described as violent, broke out yesterday, between ISIS and the Syrian opposition factions in Yelda, after ISIS attempted to take the clinic point between Yelda and Yarmouk camp. According to AGPS’s reporter that all types of light, medium and heavy weapons were used during the clashes that led to the death of a number of ISIS members. However, no news has been confirmed regarding the presence of any casualties among the ranks of the armed Syrian opposition groups.
In south Syria, the regime forces targeted the neighborhoods in Deraa camp using heavy machine guns and mortar shells, yesterday. According to our correspondent, the bombardments did not cause any casualties among the civilians, however it led to material damage.
This comes amid the ongoing security tension in Deraa over the past few days, through which the camp was attacked several times with various types of weapons and mortars, leading to great destruction in its buildings.
