AGPS’s reporter in the Damascus suburbs confirmed the death of Palestinian “Saleh Fathy Ahmed Saleh,” one of the ranks in the Palestine Liberation Army, under torture by members of the Syrian security forces and the groups affiliated to it, in the Khan Dannoun camp for Palestinian refugees in the suburbs of Damascus.
Our reporter added that security forces at the Khan Dannoun camp checkpoint arrested Saleh after a fight between him and the forces standing at the checkpoint, after which he was detained for a day and night. During his detention he was beaten to death.
Our correspondent pointed out that the Syrian security forces handed over his body to Al-Amani Hospital in cladding. The Hospital then handed the body to his family and his funeral took off from Khan Dannoun camp with the participation of dozens of Palestinian refugees in a state of anger and resentment.
