A 6-month-old infant injured amid the regime forces’ bombardment of Yarmouk camp

An infant was injured on Wednesday, due to the rocket and artillery bombardment by the Syrian regime forces on different areas of Yarmouk camp, in the south of the capital Damascus.

The Action Group’s correspondent clarified that the 6-month-old child “Adnan Awad Moussa,” sustained injuries following the bombarding of Yarmouk camp using mortar shells. The boy was taken to the field hospital in the town of Yelda, however our reporter noted that the child needs to be taken to one of Damascus’ hospitals for treatment and to undergo a surgery.

For their part, a number of activists and dignitaries of Yelda have launched an appeal, to mediate with the regime in order to allow the child to leave and save his life.
