In extreme silence: a delegation from ‘Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham’ leaves Yarmouk camp, to negotiate with the regime

The Action Group’s correspondent reported the news of the exit of a delegation of ‘Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham’ from Yarmouk camp, to the capital Damascus, to negotiate with the Syrian regime. The topics to be discussed have not been clarified.

‘Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham,’ one the the armed Syrian opposition factions, had previously confirmed that Yarmouk camp for Palestinian refugees is the fifth town over which the agreement was signed, between the Syrian regime and “Jaish Al-Fath,” in what is known as the agreement of the “Four Towns.”

The agreement states that "the first phase of the agreement requires the provision of food and medical assistance to the areas controlled by “Tahrir Al-Sham” in Yarmouk camp, and allow the urgent health cases to leave, in addition to the fighters and those who wish to leave from the residents of Yarmouk camp, during this stage.”
