Four people close to ISIS left south Damascus on Thursday, and arrived in Idlib. According to our correspondent, the four people, “Abu Mohamed Jond Allah,” “Abu Mohamed Al-Idliby,” “Abu Al-Nour Al-Hamawy” and “Abu Masoud Al-Khabour,” paid money to officers in the regime to allow them to leave.
7 members of ISIS left Al-Hajar Al-Aswad through the Syrian regime’s “Maamal Bardy” checkpoint. 4 others, who are related to ISIS’s former leader, Abu Hesham Al-Khaboury, during a later period, exited from the same barrier, while 3 others left through the same checkpoint to an unknown destination.
Many of ISIS’s leaders and members left from the areas of its control recently, because of the ongoing conflict within the organization and the non-payment of its fighters for months.
