Media sources close to the Syrian regime have reported the death of Palestinian refugee “Qassem Darwish,” a member in the ranks of the Palestinian Liberation Army, while fighting alongside the Syrian regime forces in the ongoing clashes in the eastern Ghouta.
AGPS’s Monitoring and Documentation Team confirmed the rise of the toll of the Palestinian soldier victims from the ranks of the Palestinian Liberation Army, who have died since the outbreak of war in Syria, to 233 victims. Most of the victims have died while fighting in different areas across Syria, mainly in the suburbs of Damascus.
