The Action Group’s correspondent has reported that ISIS searches the books of the students living in the camp, while leaving to and returning from the schools of the neighboring towns of (Yelda, Babilla and Beit Sahm). He noted that the members counted on ISIS, carried out a precise searching campaign and confiscated the books belonging to the students heading from the camp, to the alternative schools in the neighboring town of Yelda. He added that a state of resentment spread among the residents, following the tightening procedures imposed by ISIS against their children.
Previously, ISIS banned the students and teachers living in Yarmouk camp from leaving to Yelda, to prevent them from continuing their education and teaching in the alternative schools. It tightened its procedures against those crossing to Yelda, before withdrawing its decision after a meeting between a popular delegation from the people of Yarmouk camp, and the leaders of ISIS in south Damascus occurred.
