Local sources in south Damascus stated that ISIS whipped one of its members named “Moaweya” 100 times, for adultery charges, after worshipers left a mosque in the area. ISIS’s security office also raided the house of one of the residents of Al-Hajar Al-Aswad named “Zahy,” and arrested him on charges of smuggling people from south Damascus to the outside of the region in exchange for money.
ISIS has launched a number of arrest attacks which affected dozens of civilians in Yarmouk camp and Al-Hajar Al-Aswad for violating laws or cooperating with the armed opposition groups and ‘Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham.’
