Armed gangs kidnap Palestinian “Rasheed Melhem” from the town of Muzayrib and releases another, days after his kidnap

Unidentified gangs kidnapped the Palestinian refugee, Rasheed Melhem, from the town of Muzayrib in Deraa, south Syria. The Action Group’s correspondent said that Melhem, who was kidnapped by an unidentified group on Monday, worked as a vet in the town of Muzayrib and is in his 50s.

Unidentified armed gangs also released Palestinian refugee, “Kareem Awad Mofleh,” from the town of Muzayrib in Deraa, south Syria, on Sunday 11-02-2018, after being kidnapped for 10 days.

Killings, assassinations and kidnappings have become a concern for the residents of the town of Muzayrib, due to their frequent recurrence over the recent past. On 14th of May 2017, unknown gunmen kidnapped the 45-year-old, Palestinian refugee, “Essam Al-Kharouby.”

On 31/10/2017, the 40-year-old, Palestinian refugee, “Manhal Homaida,” from the town of Muzayrib, was kidnapped on the Muzayrib - Tal Shehab Road by unknown men in a car with unclear specifications, while an unknown group of men kidnapped the Palestinian refugee, “Ahmed Mohammed Al-Sittari,” on 19/11/2017 in the town of Muzayrib, in front of the people’s eyes.
