The Action Group’s correspondent reported that ‘Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham’ in the Maazeya area, south of Damascus, arrested Palestinian, “Wissam Khartabil,” for being accused of loyalty to ISIS in Yarmouk camp.
Our reporter added that his arrest came while he attempted to cross the region towards the Syrian regime checkpoint, to be directed towards Idlib in north Syria. A number of Palestinian refugees left the besieged area in south Syria in coordination with the Syrian regime forces.
Yarmouk camp is witnessing a state of anxiety and tension, as a result of clashes between ‘Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham’ and ISIS, and ISIS’s attempt to proceed to the areas controlled by ‘Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham,’ in addition to intermittent confrontations with the armed opposition groups in south Damascus.
