ISIS whipped a resident of Yarmouk camp, for possessing tobacco and smuggling it from Yelda to inside Yarmouk camp. On its official website, ISIS published pictures showing its members while whipping the accused man in front of the public, according to their description, while he carried a poster saying “Entry of smoke to the land of the Islamic State in south Damascus.”
