ISIS launched a violent attack on Wednesday, targeting the sites of ‘Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham’ in the west of Yarmouk camp. According to the Action Group, fighting described as violent, broke out between members of ISIS and members of ‘Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham’ as a result of the surprise attack launched by ISIS on the sites of ‘Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham’ on the axis of Haifa Street.
ISIS used an armored bulldozer during its raid on the areas controlled by ‘Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham,’ previously known as Al-Nusra Front. Heavy explosive devices were also used, leading the members of ‘Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham’ to withdraw from their sites. According to our reporter, the fighting led to the death of 13 members of ISIS and 3 members of ‘Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham.’
