Violent clashes between ISIS and Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham continued all day, yesterday, at the contact points in the besieged Yarmouk camp, amid the progression of ISIS at the expense of the areas of Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham’s control.
The Action Group’s correspondent said that ISIS continues to be in control of Al-Wassim Mosque and the building blocks stuck to the it, in the horizontal direction of the Aman Medical Complex in the Wassim Project, thus limiting the area under Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham’s control to a number of buildings in the Wassim Project, in addition to the roads of Ain Ghazal and the extended lanes to the north reaching the Reija Square and the west in the direction of Street 30 and in the south within the area of the Zaid ibn Al-Khattab Mosque.
Our correspondent confirmed the death and injury of dozens of ISIS’s members and huge destruction to the civilian houses in Haifa Street and other areas which witnessed fighting and military operations, explosions of devices and bombardments.
In the same context, the Syrian regime forces centered in the Hall Towers targeted the areas controlled by ‘Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham’ in Street 30 in Yarmouk camp.
Great coordination between ISIS and the Syrian regime is witnessed in the area, where the leaders of ISIS are moving from the areas of its control in south and north Syria to the south of Damascus, in addition to the entry of ISIS’s members’ salaries and providing them with weapons.
