The Syrian regime continues to detain Palestinian, “Maher Khaled Mahmoud” born in 1994 and resident of Al-Hajar Al-Aswad, for nearly four consecutive years. He was arrested at the Syrian regime’s checkpoint in the Aly Alwahsh Street, in the suburbs of Damascus, on 5/1/2014 and taken to an unknown place. No information about his place of detention or fate has been revealed.
AGPS has recorded the data of 1663 Palestinian detainees in the Syrian regime’s prisons so far, including 105 females.
