In south Syria, the Palestinian families displaced from the camps in Damascus to the town of Tasil, in Deraa, complained of the neglect and the bad living and economic conditions, as they are forced to leave their homes and belongings as a result of the bombardments and fighting that their camps are exposed to.
Those families noted that they had not received any relief and logistical assistance throughout their stay in that area, except from the Palestinian Charitable Association, which is continuously and periodically distributing food parcels, relief items and heating materials to them.
On his part, the Action Group’s reporter indicated that there are no official statistics of the number of families present in the town of Tasil, because of their constant movement between the towns of the governorate of Deraa, and some of them resorted to Jordan.
