The ghost of starvation became back to the Yarmouk camp south of the Syrian capital Damascus because of the stop of UNRWA to distribute food aids for the second week respectively after the sniping operation that the residents are exposed to during their heading to get the food baskets in addition to the clashes that are on purpose in the places of aids distribution. The decision of closing Bait Sahem checkpoint doubled the suffering of the Yarmouk residents who were buying some food materials from this area.
It is referred that 157 victims from Al Yarmouk camp died due to siege and the medical Services shortage. In a different context, the water cut on the houses of the Yarmouk camp enters its 102 day respectively in light of power cut and shortage of all its basic services.
