In south Damascus, members of ISIS implemented a rule of amputation against two residents of Yarmouk camp in front of its people, for stealing.
The Action Group’s correspondent reported that members of Al-Hesba, affiliated to ISIS, cut off a man’s hand for stealing for the first time, and amputated the foot of another man for repetitive theft. ISIS had cut off his hand a few months ago, for the same accusation.
On their part, activists confirmed that ISIS’s is using terrorizing practices against the people, to portray its control, after the major defeats it witnessed in a number of Syrian areas.
