The Syrian security systems continue to detain 17-year-old, Palestinian refugee, “Odai Sabry Al-Holw” since 06-06-2014 to this date. He was arrested from his workplace in the Zahera neighborhood and their have been mixed reports about his fate. After his parents received his death certificate, reports indicated that he is still alive.
AGPS receives a number of messages and information about the detained Palestinians. They are then documented despite the difficulty of recording information because the Syrian regime continues to hide the fate, names and locations of the detainees. The Group has recorded the detention of 1672 Palestinian refugees in the Syrian regime prisons, including more than 106 women.
