89 Palestinians were subjected to summary executions since the beginning of the Syrian war

The Action Group announced that 89 Palestinian refugees were executed since the beginning of the ongoing conflict in Syria and until the 15th of March 2017.

AGPS’s Monitoring and Documentation Team clarified that among the executed, 17 were soldiers from the ranks of the Palestinian Liberation Army. They were kidnapped in mid-2012, on their way back from their military sites in Masyaf, to Neirab camp in Aleppo, one month before their execution.

The Action Group confirmed that the victims who were executed were distributed across the Palestinian camps and Syrian cities as follows: 19 in Deraa camp, 18 in Aleppo, 19 refugees in Yarmouk camp, 7 in Al-Tadamon neighborhood in the suburbs of Damascus, 5 refugees in the Hossaineyya camp, 2 refugees in Sayeda Zeinab, one person in Al-Aedin camp in Hama and a refugees in Khan Al-Sheih camp.
