In Lebanon, the “Palestine Hope” team, which consists of ten Palestinian-Syrian students won first place in the Roboogie 2 competition, held on the 16th of March 2018 in the Notre Dame University in Beirut "NDU," with the participation of 100 students distributed in 10 teams, who applied from 10 different schools.
Regarding the competition and the importance of winning, the head of the Palestinian teachers' group Yunus al-Masri said: “The competition started with the presentation of each team’s model that was designed by its trainer. The Palestine Hope model, called Roboclean, simulated the handling of the waste problem.
The first stage started with the competition of the leaders on the stage, and ‘Palestine Hope’ came first among its competitors to the final stage and shares the Leadership and Coordination Cup with the Megatron team, winning the biggest prize of the Roboogie 2 competition, for its success in all stages of the competition.
