Colonel “Aly Shabaan”, an officer in the Palestinian Liberation Army, killed his wife ‘Ikhlas Sawan,’ her brothers Marawan and Mohammed Sawan and her cousin Salah Sawan, while the mother of his wife remains in a hospital in Damascus, in a critical condition.
Media sources loyal to the regime revealed that the crime occurred in the Sawan alley in the “Rokn Al-Din,” following personal differences between Officer Aly Shaaban and his wife ‘Ikhlas Sawan. After the murder, Aly returned to his house, before handing himself in to the police.
