Faylaq al-Rahman, one of the armed opposition factions in the eastern Ghouta, in the suburbs of Damascus, released the Palestinian refugee “Ahmed Dawood,” in an agreement with the Syrian regime to release 35 detainees.
In a video broadcast on a Syrian news channel, Dawood said that he was kidnapped from the city of Zamalka in the suburbs of Damascus. He is a member of the Civil Forces of the 4th Division of the Syrian Army.
