Sources told the Action Group that a state of severe confusion and pision prevails ISIS in Yarmouk camp, where Al-Sawad Al-Azam of ISIS in Yarmouk camp and Al-Hajar Al-Aswad are calling on negotiations with the Syrian regime and the arrangement of their exit to their areas, without fighting.
Meanwhile, activists confirmed that a number of ISIS members declared their willingness to surrender to the opposition factions in the towns adjacent to the camp, however their request was rejected.
This comes amid the spread of anonymous papers in the towns of south Damascus, talking about the terms of reconciliation, after the end of the presence of ISIS and Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham in south Damascus.
