Meanwhile, activists confirmed that a number of ISIS members declared their willingness to surrender to the opposition factions in the towns adjacent to the camp, however their request was rejected.
This comes amid the spread of anonymous papers in the towns of south Damascus, talking about the terms of reconciliation, after the end of the presence of ISIS and Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham in south Damascus.
