In a horrific crime whose true causes have not been discovered, the Palestinian medical refugee, “Lara Hesham Hassan Shehada,” and her daughter “Lama Ehsan Taama” died in their family house, in the town of Zakiyah in the suburbs of Damascus.
Initial investigations of criminal security have shown that the motives for murder are robbery, where the killers stole 20 thousand American dollars and about 5 million Syrian pounds, in addition to stealing gold bracelets from her home.
However, the forensic doctor confirmed that she and her daughter had been tortured and their bodies acted with before and after the murder, questioning the authenticity of the theft.
Family members confirmed that she had been killed by one of the criminals, who was being covered by others, pointing out that the investigations almost stopped because of some of the betrayers of the homeland and arms dealers.
Refugee Lara is a Pediatrician and comes from the Khan Al-Sheih camp for Palestinian refugees in the suburbs of Damascus, and the town of Zakiyah. She is from the Wahaib clan and wife of Engineer “Ehsaan Taama.” She has one son and three daughters, and was known for doing good and helping those in need.
