The bodies of civilians in Yarmouk camp await their removal from under the rubble

The Action Group’s correspondent reported that a big number of civilian bodies remain under the rubble in Yarmouk camp, noting that over 20 bodies are still buried under their houses for the 12th day, as a result of the violent bombardments Yarmouk camp is being subjected to, with explosive barrels and rockets.

Our correspondent added that the bodies of Palestinian refugee “Ensherah Al-Shaaby,” “Mohammed Hadba,” “Haifa Hadba,” “Abd El-Hady Al-Ghotany,” “Basema Al-Ghotany,” “Waleed Al-Wazir” and “Salah Al-Abayat” are still under the rubble of their homes since the 24th of April and to this moment, because of the lack of civil defense teams and emergency staff in the camp, and the difficulty of rescuing them by civilians because of the lack of equipment and machines dedicated to this purpose.

In the same context, the Syrian and Russian warplanes launched extensive air raids on Yarmouk camp for Palestinian refugees and Al-Hajar Al-Aswad neighborhood, causing material damage.

According to the Action Group’s correspondent, the number of air raids since the morning hours and until the publishing of this report, were more than 70 airstrikes, targeting the sites and headquarters of ISIS, without any news of deaths or casualties within its ranks.
